Venue 901 is a DIY-friendly event venue offering flexible space, clear pricing, and optional coordination packages.

Capacity and Details

Venue Capacity:
Up to 80 guests indoors
Up to 100 guests indoor + outdoor courtyard

Security required for events with alcohol or 80+ guests.

**All Packages Require an ADDITIONAL $300 Refundable Security Deposit ($300 Not included in Rental Rate below)**

50% Balance due 60 days before event

Remaining balance due 10 days before event

Hourly rates available for events (Monday – Thursday only) and for meetings: $150/Hour. Time reserved must include setup and cleanup

Holidays are excluded for this weekday price.

PACKAGE ADD - ONS

Set-up Assistance: $150
Our staff will work with you and your vendors (caterer/DJ/decorator/etc.) to determine tables placement and set the venue no earlier than 30min before the start of your event. 

Clean-up and Breakdown: $250
Our staff will arrive no earlier than 30min before the end of your event to begin cleaning and breakdown of tables and chairs

Set-Up and Breakdown: $300

Inventory add-ons:

65 Mahogany Chiavari Chairs w/cream cushion: $3/chair

4 Black Couches: $50 each

2 Black High Back Benches: $25 each

Can I bring in my own food and beverages

Yes, upon booking with us, we will send you suggested vendors but they are not required. You can bring in any vendors you like. 

Can I stay past 11pm?

Your event must end by 11pm but can stay until midnight for cleaning. NO ONE is allowed on the premises after midnight.

Is Security Required?

Licensed and bonded armed security guards are required for the following:

  • Alcohol is being served (MUST NOT BE SOLD)
  • Event ends after 9pm (SECURITY MUST BE ON PREMISE FROM 8PM – END OF RENTAL PERIOD)
